The chosen candidate will play a critical role in managing various types of legal risks and protecting the companys interests including ensuring compliant business practices.What will you be doing<ul><li>Provide expert legal advice on various legal matters.</li><li>Draft review and negotiate sales contracts other contracts and legal documents.</li><li>Support colleagues in managing and responding to contractual claims to safeguard the companys interests.</li><li>Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments advising stakeholders on their impact.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and align legal strategies with business goals.</li><li>Maintain and manage relationships with external lawyers and advisors.</li><li>Offer training on legal and compliance topics relevant to the business.</li><li>Develop implement and update legal policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Provide support with compliance matters.</li></ul>Are you the one<ul><li>Master of Laws or equivalent legal qualification.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of postqualification experience from working in a multinational company or a leading international law firm.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Proficient Arabic and/or French language skills are seen as a benefit.</li><li>A proven track record of managing a legal role independently and succeeding in an international working environment.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to express yourself clearly.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and a proactive solutionoriented approach.</li><li>Strong organizational skills adaptability and ability to manage tasks in a fastpaced environment.</li></ul>What do we offer<ul><li>An exciting role in a multinational environment.</li><li>An opportunity to work with a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry.</li><li>A chance to be part of a highperforming team within a multinational company.</li><li>A diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters professional growth.</li><li>Continuous development and growth opportunities within our global organization.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li></ul>If you are a motivated legal professional capable of handling diverse legal matters across multiple countries and wish to be considered for this position please submit your application including a cover letter and resume by May 9 2025.
