This role supports receiving, storage, issuing/kitting, inventory control, and shipping activities while ensuring data accuracy through ERP systems and Excel. Safe forklift operation, barcode/scanner use, and strong attention to detail are essential to maintaining inventory accuracy and production flow.Essential Duties &amp; ResponsibilitiesReceiving &amp; Inspection:<ul><li>Receive and unload materials using a forklift.</li><li>Verify quantities, specifications, and LOT/batch numbers against purchase orders and packaging lists.</li><li>Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.</li><li>Collect and maintain receiving documentations (POD, packing lists, B/L)</li><li>Apply labels and ensure proper LOT tracking in the system.</li></ul>Put-Away &amp; Storage Control:<ul><li>Store materials in assigned locations following FIFO/FEFO principles.</li><li>Maintain warehouse organization, location accuracy, and 5S Standard.</li><li>Follow storage guidelines for heavy, hazardous, or special materials.</li></ul>Issuing &amp; Kitting:<ul><li>Pick and issue materials according to production orders or material requests.</li><li>Prepare kits for production lines as required.</li><li>Process material returns and leftover items accurately.</li><li>Update ERP data and re-label materials when substitutes are used.</li></ul>Inventory Control:<ul><li>Perform cycle counts and monthly physical inventories.</li><li>Investigate discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.</li><li>Follow scrap and disposal procedures per SOPs.</li></ul>Systems &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Accurately post all inventory transactions in ERP (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments)</li><li>Create and maintain Excel-based inventory reports (inventory days, slow0moving items, ABC analysis)</li><li>Use pivot tables and formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH.</li><li>Maintain barcode templates and ensure scanners and printers are functioning properly.</li></ul>Shipping &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Pick, inspect, pack and load outbound shipments using a forklift.</li><li>Coordinate handoff to carriers.</li><li>Ensure shipping labels and documentation are accurate and complete.</li></ul>Safety, Equipment &amp; Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Perform daily checks on forklifts and pallet jacks.</li><li>Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements.</li><li>Suggest improvements to warehouse layout, material flow, and dock-to-dock efficiency.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Inventory experience preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.
