Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Scrum Master with Top Secret Security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA.

The Scrum Master will utilize Kanban or Scrum principles to ensure work progresses on schedule and achieves the goals of the organization.
 Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
 <ul>
<li>Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Kanban, Standups and Retrospectives.</li>
<li>Facilitate discussions between the Government Leads, Tech Leads, Program Manager, Engineers and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.</li>
<li>Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.</li>
<li>Track JIRA tickets statuses include upcoming, late, priority tickets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other Scrum Masters</li>
<li>Guide teams in Kanban methodology processes.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Shall have at least two years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.</li>
<li>Must be able to demonstrate expertise in being proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.</li>
<li>Superior verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.</li>
</ul>
Clearance Requirement:

<li>Top Secret Security clearance</li>
</ul>
Education: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li>
</ul>

 Provide direct nursing care within the scope of services defined by Koniag Operations Services, LLC for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Health Unit to include basic occupational health care, personalized health counseling, and appropriate medical and wellness referrals for clients presenting in the occupational health center or outreach event for occupational health services.

 Provides immunizations according to KGS policies, SOPs and standing orders

 Provide non-emergency care to clients according to RN protocols and under the direction of Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIPs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Administers topical, oral, intravenous, or intramuscular medications
 </li>
 <li>
 Responds to emergency calls when required and renders emergency services as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishes and monitors appropriate level of care for clinic patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures timely and accurate documentation of patient status and patient care activities including treatments, procedures, and medications prescribed
 </li>
 <li>
 Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with federal and state privacy laws, always respecting a patient's confidentiality
 </li>

 Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

 At least two (2) years' experience in occupational health or related experience such as public
 </li>
 <li>
 health/community health, outpatient clinic, emergency department or ambulatory healthcare, or physician office nursing
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task; ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Superior ability to write routine reports and correspondence
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Education Requirements Certification Licensure Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduation from NLN accredited school of nursing (AD, or BSN)
 </li>
 <li>
 Active RN licensure in the state for which they are hired, compact license preferred (NLC)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Cardiac Life Suppo1t (BLS) training and possess current certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) preferred
