 Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
 <ul>
<li>Coordinate with IT service center and/or EL1 Service Desk</li>
<li>Execute EL2 Service Request Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.</li>
<li>Resolve EL2 tickets, i.e., customer escort, device installation, break-fix, etc.</li>
<li>Route and escalate remaining tickets to appropriate EL3 SMEs</li>
<li>Integrate with other service providers, as necessary.</li>
<li>Refer unrelated tickets to appropriate entity.</li>
<li>Complete EL2 tickets within the target time defined by the SLA.</li>
<li>Implement rules and Standard Operating Procedures directed by Diplomatic Security and the FAH or FAM</li>
<li>Maintain trouble-shooting guidelines and directories supporting the Program Office services.</li>
<li>Participate in other ITIL processes (configuration management, change management, release management, service-level management, availability management, capacity management, service continuity management, information security management)</li>
<li>Monitor IT infrastructure through prescribed tools and continuously ensure systems monitoring tools are configured to ensure comprehensive system state awareness.</li>
</ul>
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
<ul>
<li>3-5+ years of experience with IT or computer information systems</li>
<li>Experience with troubleshooting IT hardware</li>
<li>Experience with Active Directory management</li>
<li>Experience with the use of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, including BMC Remedy or ServiceNow</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and VMWare virtualization</li>
<li>Ability to work independently on projects and advanced tickets.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in related-field or equivalent experience.</li>
</ul>

AI ETHICS PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description: 
Koniag Government Services (KGS) is currently seeking an AI Ethics Project Manager for the Department of Defense Office of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO). Under the direction of the government, the AI Ethics Project Manager will assist with the organization and execution of the DoD responsible artificial intelligence program, execution of responsible AI projects and the Responsible AI Strategy and Implementation Pathway. This position requires an experienced person with demonstrated exceptional program management skills and demonstrated expertise in managing outcomes related to emerging technologies and artificial intelligence with particular emphasis on balancing those outcomes in accordance with ethics, law, and policy.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assist the client with the implementation and management of the DoD responsible artificial intelligence program</li>
<li>Works with cross-discipline teams to understand privacy, legal, and ethical considerations in the use of artificial intelligence/machine learning and analytics</li>
<li>Develops program metrics and performance indicators for tracking and monitoring the adoption of ethical artificial intelligence principles and socially responsible use of artificial intelligence and analytics across the Department</li>
<li>Integrate responsible AI tools into Department use cases, develop performance metrics for these projects and tools, evaluate the outcomes of these projects and tools, and inform senior leaders on the results.</li>
<li>Simultaneously manage and track the milestones, deadlines, and outcomes of multiple artificial intelligence ethics projects and initiatives</li>
<li>Manage a host of small quick tasks/taskers for the client and ensure they are driven to completion within the required timeline</li>
<li>Assist the client with the coordination and planning of in progress review meetings</li>
<li>Organize the division knowledge management and documentation system to ensure effective information communication, processes, and transparency of work</li>
<li>Build strategies and documentation on organizational processes for information sharing, task management, onboarding, and coordination to share across larger program</li>
<li>Manage user access, role requests, and onboarding across platforms and software systems</li>
<li>Perform stakeholder management and coordination to gather information, perform research and gap analyses, document challenges and opportunities, adjudicate feedback, and provide recommended courses of action, as appropriate</li>
<li>Assist the client with the management and facilitation of a Flag Officer/Senior Executive Service-level governance structure, comprised of DoD boards, sub-committees, and working groups</li>
<li>Prepares comprehensive responses for DoD, interagency, and/or congressional taskers</li>
<li>Prepare reports, briefs, white papers, correspondences, strategic communications, etc</li>
<li>Assist the client with integrating Agile project management methodologies into business space</li>
<li>Execute day-to-day requirements, such as management of databases, documents, distribution of information, and document control.</li>
<li>Maintain organizations charts, rosters, distribution lists</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>5+ years related experience</li>
<li>Experience working with project management applications, like Gitlab or Jira, is preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with documentation and knowledge management systems, Confluence is preferred</li>
<li>Create various weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports for across the program</li>
<li>Possess strong communications skills, with the ability to proactively engage members both inside and outside of your team</li>
<li>Experience working on large software development programs, especially multi-organizational programs, preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated project and program management expertise in the areas of software development and deployment, large IT infrastructure projects, and user engagement strategy.</li>
<li>Experience working within agile frameworks, such as Scaled Agile Framework, preferred</li>
<li>Experience working within high technology areas, such as computer science, data science, autonomy, and artificial intelligence, preferred</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including the ability to monitor and track milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results</li>
<li>Experience developing Executive level talking points, speeches, and briefs</li>
<li>Experience running program management reviews or a periodic program review preferably within the Department of Defense</li>
<li>Project Management Professional or other relevant certification</li>
<li>Proven success with Agile transformation within an organization</li>
<li>Experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban methodologies</li>
<li>Competency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar</li>
<li>Exceptional MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint application skills</li>

Highly Desired: 
<ul>

<li>Experience working within or directly with USG, DoD organizations, or OSD organizations, preferred, in order of increasing preference</li>
<li>Prior Federal government, professional services, or Federal consulting experience</li>
<li>Experience with the Department of Defense’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process, especially budgeting to include POM reviews</li>
<li>Experience with the Department of Defense’s acquisition system to include Federal Acquisition Regulations and Other Transactional Authorities</li>
<li>Experience with the DoD Tasker Management System (CATMS)</li>
<li>Experience supporting an Office of the Secretary of Defense organization or serving as an executive officer to a Military Flag Officer or member of the Senior Executive Service</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of the OSD organizational structure and protocol</li>
<li>Experience working at the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) or Office of the Chief Digital and AI Officer (CDAO)</li>

<li>Knowledge and experience with artificial intelligence ethics, algorithms, and tools</li>
<li>Maintains cognizance of trends, advancements, and best practices in artificial intelligence specific to ethics, privacy, fairness, and social responsibility</li>
<li>Knowledge of responsible artificial intelligence/ artificial intelligence ethics concepts, principles, and practices</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience applying a principle-driven decision framework to evaluate the ethical use of analytics and artificial intelligence</li>

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle database administration with focus on managing multiple database instances, implementing security compliance, and maintaining system reliability. This position is critical to ensuring the stability and security of our database infrastructure that supports essential business operations.
 
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
 The Oracle Database Administrator will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security of multiple Oracle database instances. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

<li>Support and maintain multiple Oracle database instances, ensuring daily backups and high availability</li>
<li>Implement and execute quarterly patching procedures for all database instances</li>
<li>Ensure STIG compliance by applying all approved Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to the databases as they are issued</li>
<li>Troubleshoot Oracle database issues and develop solutions for presentation to the Government stakeholders for approval prior to execution</li>
<li>Conduct database refreshes as required by the project or system needs</li>

<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database systems meet operational requirements</li>

Education and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)</li>
