Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Build, upgrade, manage and maintain VMware environments to include ESXi hosts, vCenter with advanced configuration i.e., Cluster, HA, DRS, vMotion, Distributed virtual switch, etc.</li>
<li>Configure and deploy Microsoft SQL Server 2019.</li>
<li>Operate, maintain, configure and update a Microsoft Server 2016 environment that extends to three (3) remote sites.</li>
<li>Install, configure, and administer enterprise storage systems to include Dell EMC Dell VNXE products, with a focus on Veeam.</li>
<li>Provide support for configuration, deployment and troubleshooting VMware vSphere 6.x and 7.x</li>
<li>Experience with DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Object, Domain Controller, Active Directory and WSUS.</li>
<li>Deploy upgrades and patches to server hardware and software components in physical and virtual environments as required.</li>
<li>Configure and maintain Symantec Endpoint Protection server.</li>
<li>Manage the upgrade and maintenance of the HP products to include iLO firmware and OS Software.</li>
<li>Support MDM (Mobile Device Management) administration.</li>
<li>Assist with the assessment of vendor development/test strategies, perform systems troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems.</li>
<li>Document processes and procedures and participate in team documentation reviews</li>
<li>Provide operational support of Cloud servers directly or in conjunction with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), performance monitoring, backups, etc.</li>
<li>Manage user account access and periodic validation per Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM)/Foreign Affairs Handbook (FAH) requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain procedural and technical security compliance, examples: Authority to Operate (ATO) via approved/current Assessment and Authorization (A&A), patched servers, current anti-virus, etc.</li>
<li>Function as point of contact when working with vendors to submit service/support tickets and troubleshooting issues.</li>
<li>Participate in daily standups and submit weekly status reports.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Six (6) Years of experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Administration with Bachelor’s in Science; Four (4) Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD; or 10 years of Systems Administration experience without a degree.</li>
<li>Existing Clearance Required: Active Top-Secret clearance (the candidate may start with the Secret clearance with the understanding that he will be put up for a clearance upgrade immediately upon start).</li>
<li>Report onsite four (4) days a week.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in VMware tools such as vSphere, ESXi hosts; ability to fully manage and implement Virtual Machines without guidance and proven past experience in doing so.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in managing Storage Area Network (SAN) such as Dell VNXE and Dell EMC, Veeam.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing domain controllers and domain services, multi-factor authentication (MFA), Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Windows Server 2016, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in server management/administration, hardware maintenance, and backup procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise images and packages, ensuring timely deployments of software/security updates, integrating new hardware and software into existing infrastructure.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in identity and device management (i.e., Active Directory, Single Sign on).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in Amazon Web Services</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of cloud productivity suites including Microsoft’s Office 365 and Google G-Suite.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of database administration, best network and security practices, virtual LAN configurations.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of protocols such as DHCP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, Telnet, TCP, and UDP.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell and PowerCLI.</li>

The Integration Architect is a senior engineering position that provides enterprise systems integration, interoperability architecture, and systems engineering expertise to support the modernization, implementation, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise healthcare information systems.
 
Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, the Integration Architect develops technical solutions and recommendations, evaluates engineering artifacts, supports architecture and integration planning, identifies technical dependencies and risks, and assists IHS in evaluating technical approaches throughout the system lifecycle. Systems Engineer II - Integration Architect (REMOTE)

The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and report on program data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive process improvements. Core responsibilities include data quality oversight, system maintenance, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop reports, visualizations, and data-driven insights for federal staff and program leadership. This is an ONSITE position required to be performed at the Denver office locations, with telework available upon approval.

Position Requirements:Education:

Core responsibilities include data quality oversight, system maintenance, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop reports, visualizations, and data-driven insights for federal staff and program leadership. This is an ONSITE position required to be performed at Atlanta office locations, with telework available upon approval.
 Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

<li>Compile, prepare, and analyze quantitative data using Excel, Python, R, and other analytical tools to support grant administration and program oversight.</li>
<li>Conduct both basic and complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights across federal grant programs.</li>
<li>Perform longitudinal data analysis, including Program Information Report (PIR) analysis, and develop high-quality written reports explaining the results of data compilation and analysis activities.</li>
<li>Prepare management information reports on a periodic, cyclical, or ad-hoc basis to support program leadership and decision-making.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve reporting anomalies and data quality issues to ensure the integrity of program data.</li>
<li>Create data-driven presentations for management meetings, conferences, and leadership briefings.</li>
<li>Support congressional reporting and respond to other high-priority data requests in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>Conduct trend analysis and comparative assessments across programs and regions to identify opportunities for program improvement.</li>
<li>Conduct qualitative analysis of grant applications, budgets, intake forms, and other grant-related documents.</li>
<li>Review documentation to identify errors, missing information, or required follow-up actions and communicate findings appropriately.</li>
<li>Analyze correspondence and communications between the federal government and grant recipients to identify themes and patterns in textual data.</li>
<li>Leverage AI tools appropriately while adhering to federal policies, including approved AI platforms.</li>
<li>Synthesize qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for program staff and leadership.</li>
<li>Develop compelling data stories that communicate complex insights to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Create executive summaries and briefing materials for leadership, including materials for state conferences and internal decision-making support.</li>
<li>Design and deliver oral presentations with support materials to a variety of audiences.</li>
<li>Generate crosstabs, detailed analytical tables, and data visualizations to support reporting needs.</li>
<li>Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive program improvements.</li>

Position Requirements:Education: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.</li>
</ul>
Required Experience: 
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-baccalaureate professional experience directly related to data analysis.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills and Competencies: 
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to aggregate, analyze, and present data from multiple sources in a clear and meaningful way.</li>
<li>Experience with methodology or implementation of AI application tools (GitHub, R, Qualtrics, Tableau, or Power BI), ArcGIS</li>
<li>Experience reporting analytical findings to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience with Excel, Python, R, and preferably Smartsheet</li>
<li>Experience working with data layers and data infrastructure to support analytical and reporting activities.</li>
<li>Experience with qualitative data analysis methodologies, including identifying themes and patterns in textual data.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web-based collaboration tools.</li>
<li>Professional communication skills, both written and oral, include the ability to produce high-quality written reports and deliver oral presentations.</li>
