The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and report on program data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive process improvements. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Position Requirements:Education:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.</li>
</ul>
Required Experience: 
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-baccalaureate professional experience directly related to data analysis.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills and Competencies: 
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to aggregate, analyze, and present data from multiple sources in a clear and meaningful way.</li>
<li>Experience with methodology or implementation of AI application tools (GitHub, R, Qualtrics, Tableau, or Power BI), ArcGIS</li>
<li>Experience reporting analytical findings to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience with Excel, Python, R, and preferably Smartsheet</li>

 Report site-specific problems to the Clinic Nurse Manager (e.g., staffing difficulties, supply issues, environment of care hazards, onsite operational emergencies, etc.) in a timely manner

 Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least two (2) years' experience in occupational health or related experience such as public
 </li>
 <li>
 health/community health, outpatient clinic, emergency department or ambulatory healthcare, or physician office nursing
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task; ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

 <li>
 Superior ability to write routine reports and correspondence
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Education Requirements Certification Licensure Experience

 <li>
 Graduation from NLN accredited school of nursing (AD, or BSN)
 </li>
 <li>
 Active RN licensure in the state for which they are hired, compact license preferred (NLC)
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Cardiac Life Suppo1t (BLS) training and possess current certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) preferred
