Norstar Trailers, LLC is currently seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to perform a wide range of high-level administrative and office activities and assist the company&rsquo;s C suite to support growth and ensure the smooth operation of daily activitiesResponsibilities:<ul><li>Performs general clerical duties such as answering incoming calls, data entry, copying, scanning, and filing</li><li>Organizes schedules, events, company lunches, guest visits and welcomes visitors as needed</li><li>Provides support by acting as a liaison between the executive, staff, and external partners</li><li>Manages calendar, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and handles any other personal items for the C suite</li><li>Arranges detailed travel plans, reservations, itineraries, and presentations as needed</li><li>Prepares and completes all State licensing required</li><li>Maintains supplies inventory for offices and meetings as needed including keeping supply closet stocked at all times</li><li>Assists accounts payable as needed</li><li>Handles all expense reporting including completion and closing of monthly expense reports</li><li>Provides back-up for receptionist as needed</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned from management team</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred</li><li>3 + years of direct experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel &amp; Outlook required</li><li>Accurate typing skills (60 wpm)</li><li>Must be able to handle confidential information with professionalism</li><li>Excellent organizational, planning, and technical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to interact with executive management team and all levels of management leadership as well as community members</li><li>Must be detail oriented and be able to delegate and prioritize</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
