We are seeking a proactive Operations &amp; Marketing Assistant to support our business remotely. The role requires the candidate to be based in Dubai and available for occasional in-person meetings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Track orders and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics/shipping partners.</li><li>Download, organize, and manage images and videos for marketing.</li><li>Prepare, schedule, and post social media content on time.</li><li>Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be based in Dubai.</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with social media management and basic content creation.</li><li>Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking orders.</li><li>Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.</li><li>Previous experience in operations, marketing, or admin is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
