Operations & Marketing Assistant – Remote (Dubai-based)

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Marketing Assistant to support our business remotely. The role requires the candidate to be based in Dubai and available for occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics/shipping partners.
• Download, organize, and manage images and videos for marketing.
• Prepare, schedule, and post social media content on time.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media management and basic content creation.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking orders.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in operations, marketing, or admin is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
