Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable Accountant Cum Admin to handle daily accounting activities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.</li><li>Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company bank transactions.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.</li><li>Prepare VAT documentation and support VAT filing.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents when needed.</li></ul>Administrative Duties<ul><li>Manage office documentation and filing systems.</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.</li><li>Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and attendance.</li><li>Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.</li><li>Support management with reports, data entry, and scheduling.</li><li>Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and company documents.</li><li>Assist in preparing quotations, purchase requests, and other business documents.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).</li><li>Good understanding of VAT regulations in the UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working in a trading or general trading company.</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,400.00 per monthWork Location: In person
