Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Accountant Cum Admin to handle daily accounting activities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
- Maintain and update financial records including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company bank transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare VAT documentation and support VAT filing.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents when needed.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office documentation and filing systems.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and attendance.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support management with reports, data entry, and scheduling.
- Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and company documents.
- Assist in preparing quotations, purchase requests, and other business documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
- Good understanding of VAT regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a trading or general trading company.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
