Accountant cum Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Accountant Cum Admin to handle daily accounting activities and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

  • Maintain and update financial records including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
  • Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company bank transactions.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Prepare VAT documentation and support VAT filing.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents when needed.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office documentation and filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and attendance.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Support management with reports, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Maintain records of contracts, licenses, and company documents.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, purchase requests, and other business documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
  • Good understanding of VAT regulations in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a trading or general trading company.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
