<div>Korzen Health seeks a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Lubbock, TX market area, in collaboration with Healogics and AdventHealth Rollins Brook.
For over 25 years, Healogics has been treating patients with chronic wounds from over 600 hospital-based wound care centers across the country. Currently, Healogics treats over 300,000 wound care patients annually and has healed nearly 4 million wounds. Healogics is the worlds leading expert in wound healing.
This position is based in our outpatient wound care clinic and is exclusively dedicated to procedural wound care. Our standard work hours are daytime hours averaging around 40 hours per week. There are no night shifts, on-call responsibilities, holiday hours, or weekend hours. All patients are seen by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted. The candidate will be employed by Healogics.
This is a procedure-oriented environment primarily serving geriatric patients. The successful candidate must possess at least 1 year of procedural background. Experience with minor procedures such as suturing, debridement, and/or incision and drainage (I&amp;D) is required, and procedural case logs will be requested as part of the credentialing process. Other types of non-dermatological procedural experience may also be acceptable on a case-by-case basis.
Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training are available. A full clinical team will be in place from the start date.
Scope of Practice Highlights<ul><li>
Full team support includes Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, and Front/Back End Support staff.</li><li>
We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including cellulitis therapy, compression therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infection management and prevention, wound cleaning, and wound dressing.</li><li>

Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>
Active and unrestricted Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license.</li><li>
Current DEA License.</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience required.</li><li>
Demonstrated procedural experience (e.g., simple suturing, incision and drainage (I&amp;D), or similar).</li><li>
Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered approach, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li></ul>

This opportunity is available as a part-time position, offering a flexible hybrid remote work arrangement with adaptable hours to suit your schedule. Less than 15 hours/week commitment may be acceptable. Hours will mainly be in the early evenings. This is a sales based position with room for growth.
Our leadership team comprises physicians and senior healthcare executives. Our healthcare providers practice within both private groups and major hospital systems, enabling you to recruit providers who will be placed directly with one of our clients. You will collaborate closely with our system-based recruiters. Our offices are located in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Newark, NJ; and Rochester, NY.
Scope of work:<ul><li>
Coordinate of the recruitment and hiring/orientation of physicians, mid-levels, (NP/PA) and staff/allied healthcare positions (full time and part time permanent positions). 
</li><li>
Conduct proactive sourcing through cold calling, email campaigns, job boards, and database mining to build qualified candidate pipelines.</li><li>
Screen providers for licensure, board certification, clinical experience, and state-specific requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule interviews between providers and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.</li><li>
Manage and maintain ATS/CRM systems, tracking candidate progress, documentation, and client updates.</li><li>
Collect and verifi credentialing documents including medical licenses, DEA registration, board certifications, and CVs.</li><li>
Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to prioritize urgent searches and meet placement deadlines.</li><li>
Maintaine strong provider relationships to encourage referrals, long-term engagement, and repeat placements.</li><li>
Prepare candidate summaries and submission packets for client review.</li><li>
Supported multi-state recruitment efforts while managing multiple open positions simultaneously. 
</li><li>Develop strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization</li><li>
Partner with operations to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with Emory Healthcare's goals and objectives</li><li>
Manage physician recruitment and hiring processes and and delivers quality candidates, matching hiring needs in a cost-effective, proactive and responsive manner</li><li>
Support practice communication needs and acts as a liaison between and among physicians, candidates, and administrative leadership.</li><li>
Manage approximately 15 to 20 active searches concurrently. Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills to discuss compensation packages with providers and support them through the onboarding process.</li><li>
The role may require travel up to 5% of the time, if necessary. A highly motivated self-starter mindset is considered a significant advantage.</li></ul>
