Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Korzen Health is partnering with a leading private primary care organization in the Rocky Mount, NC, area to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for their established primary care team. This opportunity involves joining a respected group practice that offers a full scope of primary care services to a diverse patient population.

The practice is part of a larger network of primary care clinics, collectively serving over 30,000 patients across eight locations. This role provides the chance to work within a well-supported, collaborative environment while delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Highlights include:

• Full-Time Position with daytime hours Monday- Friday. No nights and no call. Practice is open 8am-5pm. Clinic based position.
• All ages seen, no OB required. Procedure rooms and on-site testing. We have new Radiology and Laboratory Departments within our clinic.
  
• Join a full team of multiple Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Provider will see anywhere from 16-22 scheduled patients per day. No walk-ins, No Urgent Care.
• EMR system in place. Dedicated MA's to help with patient flow.
• Group has been established within the market for over 20+ years. We are expanding our services within our growing region.

Compensation:

• Full-Time W-2 position.
• Base salary with a Bonus in place.
• Benefits, 401K, PTO- 3 weeks, Paid Holidays
• Malpractice Insurance in place.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina FNP or PA License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice required.
• Strong clinical decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills
