Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).</li><li>Set up and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns.</li><li>Create and optimize ad content for different audiences on Meta platforms.</li><li>Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages</li><li>Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices</li><li>Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility.</li><li>Conduct audience research, campaign planning, and A/B testing.</li><li>Monitor conversions, CTR, and ROI to ensure cost-effective performance.</li><li>Create remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with design and copy teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.</li><li>Generate weekly ad performance and lead generation reports.</li><li>Stay updated on education ad policies and targeting compliance.</li><li>Knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns will be preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.(Not mandatory if the candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about his job role)</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta &amp; Google ad campaigns.</li><li>Certification in Meta Blueprint / Google Ads will be preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience in running lead generation campaigns for schools or colleges will be an added advantage but not mandatorily required.</li><li>Ability to manage both platforms (Meta &amp; Google) independently will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google)

Job Summary:Responsible for driving the online visibility and search performance of Koustuv Groupentities through effective SEO and SEM strategies. This role focuses on optimising the websites, managing search campaigns, and improving rankings across Google and other search platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and backlink audits.</li><li>Implement technical SEO improvements (meta tags, sitemaps, schema, etc.).</li><li>Monitor and report Google Analytics &amp; Search Console data weekly.</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly copywriting.</li><li>Track keyword performance and implement data-driven optimisations.</li><li>Stay updated with Google&rsquo;s algorithm updates and SEO best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field. (Not mandatory if the candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about his job role)</li><li>2 - 4 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and keyword tools.</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS understanding preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Prior experience in education, school, or institute marketing will be an added advantage but not mandatorily required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
