 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As a Specialist &ndash; Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our internal communications while also supporting a diverse portfolio of local and international brands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality design solutions that align with business and brand objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Internal Communications &amp; Corporate Events (Primary Focus)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design engaging and consistent visual assets for company-wide communications, employee initiatives, leadership messaging, and internal campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the creative development and execution of major corporate events through branding, presentations, motion content, and event visuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure visual clarity, brand consistency, and high production standards across all internal communication touchpoints.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Brand Portfolio &amp; Commercial Support (Secondary Focus)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design creative assets for social media, in-store materials, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support packaging design, brand asset development, and visual updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to creative requirements across multiple restaurant concepts, each with distinct brand identities, tones, and styles.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating professional presentations using Keynote and/or PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of animation and motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional skills in 3D design, videography, or photography are a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative working style
 </li>
