Specialist – Graphic Designer

Kout Food Group is seeking a Specialist – Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer with strong visual expertise who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and contributing to purposeful communication and impactful brand experiences.

Role Overview

As a Specialist – Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our internal communications while also supporting a diverse portfolio of local and international brands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality design solutions that align with business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications & Corporate Events (Primary Focus)

• Design engaging and consistent visual assets for company-wide communications, employee initiatives, leadership messaging, and internal campaigns.
• Support the creative development and execution of major corporate events through branding, presentations, motion content, and event visuals.
• Ensure visual clarity, brand consistency, and high production standards across all internal communication touchpoints.

Brand Portfolio & Commercial Support (Secondary Focus)

• Design creative assets for social media, in-store materials, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Support packaging design, brand asset development, and visual updates.
• Respond to creative requirements across multiple restaurant concepts, each with distinct brand identities, tones, and styles.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience creating professional presentations using Keynote and/or PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of animation and motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage
• Additional skills in 3D design, videography, or photography are a plus
• Strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative working style
