Job OverviewWe are a growing digital agency looking for a Web Project Manager who can take ownership of website projects and ensure tasks are fully completed with quality.We work primarily with WordPress websites and overseas developers. Many tasks require follow-up, clarification, and QA to move from &ldquo;mostly done&rdquo; to actually done. This role exists to close that gap.This is not a passive coordinator role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, manage developers, enforce timelines, and build better systems over time.What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For<ul><li>Managing WordPress website projects from task creation through completion</li><li>Breaking down high-level requests into clear, actionable tasks</li><li>Assigning tasks to developers and following up until they are fully completed</li><li>Quality-checking work for accuracy, responsiveness, and functionality</li><li>Managing timelines, due dates, and priorities in ClickUp</li><li>Communicating clearly with internal team members and developers</li><li>Catching missed details and incomplete work before it reaches clients</li><li>Supporting basic SEO implementation (on-page SEO, site structure, best practices)</li><li>Improving internal workflows and project management systems over time</li><li>Ensuring projects move forward without constant oversight from leadership</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Experience managing web or technical projects</li><li>Strong understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders)</li><li>Experience working with developers or technical teams</li><li>Ability to QA websites independently and spot issues</li><li>Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Clear written communication skills</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Required)<ul><li>Advanced WordPress or web development experience</li><li>SEO experience beyond basic on-page optimization</li><li>Agency experience</li><li>Experience building SOPs or internal systems</li><li>Leadership or team management experience</li></ul>This Role Is a Good Fit If You<ul><li>Take ownership and don&rsquo;t wait to be told what to do next</li><li>Are comfortable following up and holding developers accountable</li><li>Enjoy organizing chaos into structure</li><li>Care about finishing work properly, not just checking boxes</li><li>Want to grow into a senior project management or operations role</li></ul>This Role Is Not a Good Fit If You<ul><li>Only do tasks exactly as assigned without critical thinking</li><li>Avoid follow-ups or accountability</li><li>Need step-by-step instructions for every task</li><li>Prefer working independently without managing others</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>$17&ndash;$30 per hour, depending on experience</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities</li><li>Potential to grow into a senior project management or operations role</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPay: $35,152.00 - $62,400.00 per yearExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>A developer tells you a task is complete, but you notice missing details or issues.
