Maintenance Technician Job PostingThe Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in effectively turning units and addressing work order requests. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the appearance and functionality of our Derby Slabtown and Koz on NW 16th buildings.Responsibilities:Maintain buildings' appearance and functionality.Complete apartment turnovers and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion.Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, sharing expertise and passion for problem-solving.Collaborate with the Community Manager, providing hands-on support when needed.Be available on-call for any urgent maintenance requirements.Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Proven leadership skills and a positive attitude.Strong organizational abilities.Good sense of humor.In-depth knowledge of home maintenance.On-call availability 24/7Preferred Qualifications:Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, or other skilled trade.Familiarity with maintenance operations software.Experience as Multi-Family Maintenance TechnicianExperience assisting leasing professionals and touring residentsWhat We Offer:A positive and supportive work environment.Comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills.Health, dental, and vision insurance (Company PAID)401KPotential for Quarterly BonusesPaid time off for vacation, sick days, and holidays.Koz Properties LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and promotes a drug-free workplace.
