Maintenance Technician Job Posting

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in effectively turning units and addressing work order requests. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the appearance and functionality of our Derby Slabtown and Koz on NW 16th buildings.

Responsibilities:

Maintain buildings' appearance and functionality.

Complete apartment turnovers and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, sharing expertise and passion for problem-solving.

Collaborate with the Community Manager, providing hands-on support when needed.

Be available on-call for any urgent maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

Proven leadership skills and a positive attitude.

Strong organizational abilities.

Good sense of humor.

In-depth knowledge of home maintenance.

On-call availability 24/7

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, or other skilled trade.

Familiarity with maintenance operations software.

Experience as Multi-Family Maintenance Technician

Experience assisting leasing professionals and touring residents
