Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sports Facilities Administrator to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and scheduling of our sports facilities. This role ensures that all venues are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational while delivering an excellent experience for athletes, teams, and visitors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily operations of sports facilities, including courts, fields, gyms, and recreational areas</li><li>Coordinate scheduling for practices, games, tournaments, and external bookings</li><li>Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards</li><li>Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of all areas and equipment</li><li>Supervise facility staff, vendors, and contractors</li><li>Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and conflict resolution</li><li>Develop and implement policies for facility use and operations</li><li>Coordinate event logistics, including setup and breakdown</li><li>Maintain records, reports, and inventory of equipment and supplies</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Proven experience in facility management, sports administration, or operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of sports facility operations and safety regulations</li><li>Experience with scheduling systems and facility management software</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR21,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
