Sports Facilities Administrator

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sports Facilities Administrator to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and scheduling of our sports facilities. This role ensures that all venues are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational while delivering an excellent experience for athletes, teams, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of sports facilities, including courts, fields, gyms, and recreational areas
  • Coordinate scheduling for practices, games, tournaments, and external bookings
  • Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of all areas and equipment
  • Supervise facility staff, vendors, and contractors
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement policies for facility use and operations
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup and breakdown
  • Maintain records, reports, and inventory of equipment and supplies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in facility management, sports administration, or operations
  • Strong knowledge of sports facility operations and safety regulations
  • Experience with scheduling systems and facility management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR21,500.00 per month
