About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FacilityManager to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering and infrastructure background, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in high-demand environments. This role requires close collaboration with Ooredoo’s management team and strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all disciplines and subcontractors in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Attend regular management and operational meetings to review progress and ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Monitor operational and maintenance activities to guarantee timely completion of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) work orders.
• Manage inventory of spares, materials, and consumables to ensure availability at all times.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in facility maintenance and infrastructure operations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
