Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily agency workflows to ensure all departments meet project deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and external vendors.
  • Manage resource allocation and team schedules to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Maintain and update internal Agency Management Systems (AMS) with accurate project data.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
  • Organize agency meetings, prepare agendas, and track actionable follow-up items.
  • Oversee office administration tasks to ensure a smooth, professional working environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • Organizational Mastery: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage for local coordination).
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive mindset that anticipates operational hurdles before they happen.
