Business Coordinator

Business Coordinator – Uniafrican Business LLC (Doha, Qatar)

Position Summary
Uniafrican Business LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily operations, business development activities, and internal coordination within our Doha office. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between management, clients, and operational teams to ensure smooth business processes and efficient execution of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
  • Support management in planning, scheduling, and executing business activities and meetings
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior management
  • Assist in business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and supporting proposal preparation
  • Maintain accurate records of business transactions, documentation, and client communications
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks when needed
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic business tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in GCC region is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
