Business Coordinator – Uniafrican Business LLC (Doha, Qatar)
Position Summary
Uniafrican Business LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily operations, business development activities, and internal coordination within our Doha office. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between management, clients, and operational teams to ensure smooth business processes and efficient execution of company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
- Support management in planning, scheduling, and executing business activities and meetings
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior management
- Assist in business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and supporting proposal preparation
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions, documentation, and client communications
- Support procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks when needed
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic business tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in GCC region is an advantage
