Position Overview
We are seeking a Moving Services Coordinator to oversee and manage daily relocation operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, logistics knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The Moving Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Boxigo Packers and Movers LLC’s reputation for excellence in moving services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate moving service activities including scheduling, packing, and transportation.
• Liaise with clients to understand relocation requirements and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with logistics teams and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, shipments, and compliance documentation.
• Support resource allocation, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Prepare reports on moving service performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar’s logistics regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in moving services coordination, logistics, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of relocation processes, packing standards, and transportation workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
