Leonardo Muller LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication, managing administrative processes, and supporting strategic business activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
  • Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, management, and external partners
  • Prepare, review, and maintain business documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Assist in procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract tracking
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items
  • Monitor business performance metrics and assist in preparing operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Support business development activities as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or business support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate or consulting environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Knowledge of business reporting and KPI tracking
