Leonardo Muller LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication, managing administrative processes, and supporting strategic business activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
- Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, management, and external partners
- Prepare, review, and maintain business documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support project planning, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Assist in procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract tracking
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Monitor business performance metrics and assist in preparing operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Support business development activities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or business support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Knowledge of business reporting and KPI tracking
