Job Summary

Bendinico LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in daily operations and client management activities.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and requirements.
  • Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
  • Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with relevant departments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Background in retail, trading, or distribution industries.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
