Job Summary
Bendinico LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in daily operations and client management activities.
- Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and requirements.
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with relevant departments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Background in retail, trading, or distribution industries.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
