LED Sales Coordinator
Acel-LED LLC – Doha, Qatar
Acel-LED LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LED Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth project execution within the LED lighting solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submittals for LED lighting projects
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and project documentation
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Track sales orders, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Support the preparation of reports, forecasts, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product specifications and compliance with project requirements
- Organize meetings, site visits, and client presentations when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in lighting, electrical, or construction industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LED lighting products and project-based sales is an advantage
