Job Summary

The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Biespresso LLC’s online sales channels in Qatar. This role ensures smooth website management, product listing accuracy, order processing, customer experience, and coordination with logistics, marketing, and inventory teams to drive online sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations

  • Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (website and marketplaces).
  • Ensure product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor website functionality and report technical issues promptly.

Order & Fulfillment Coordination

  • Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery.
  • Track shipments and ensure customers receive order updates.
  • Handle order discrepancies, returns, and refunds in coordination with relevant teams.

Customer Experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain strong customer service standards aligned with company branding.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on product launches and content updates.
  • Support SEO optimization through product content and keywords.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor daily sales performance and website traffic.
  • Prepare reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Provide insights to improve online performance and user experience.

Inventory Coordination

  • Work closely with inventory and procurement teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Flag low-stock or out-of-stock products for replenishment.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online operations.

Skills

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in FMCG, coffee, beverage, or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of GCC e-commerce market trends.
  • Arabic and English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per year
