E-Commerce Trainee

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated fresh graduates for the role of E-commerce Assistant. This is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training in e-commerce operations and digital marketplaces. No prior experience in e-commerce is required, but a basic understanding and interest in the field are preferred.

The role offers an exciting opportunity for growth, with training provided during the first two months. Upon successful completion of the training period and a performance review, the position will become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining online product listings across various e-commerce platforms
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfilment
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving basic issues or concerns
• Support in tracking and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Help maintain accurate product data and ensure the website reflects current offerings
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth user experience for customers
• Learn and implement basic SEO practices to enhance product visibility on search engines and marketplaces
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and industry trends

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in any discipline, However, we do make exceptions for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, even if they are Matric or Intermediate pass.
• Basic knowledge and interest in e-commerce or digital platforms
• Strong communication skills, especially in English (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad
• Willingness to work evening hours (5:00 PM to 1:30 AM)
• IS NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A DEGREE. (THIS IS NOT A PART TIME JOB WE DO NOT HIRE CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTDS)

• Two months of hands-on training covering various aspects of e-commerce operations
