Job Overview
We are offering a 3-month paid internship with a strong possibility of full-time employment after successful completion. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want practical training and a long-term career in travel and visa consultancy.

Paid Internship – Travel Agent / Sales Trainee

Month 1: Learning & Support Role

• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries (basic level).
• Record all leads in Google Sheet.
• Learn visa requirements for Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, UK Schengen, etc.
• Help in document checking and file organizing.
• Do basic data entry and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing simple quotations.
• Learn how to use portals (Booking.com, airline websites).

Month 2: Active Support Role

• Handle basic client inquiries independently.
• Prepare standard visa quotations.
• Collect documents from clients.
• Make follow-up calls to clients.
• Help the Senior Operations Manager with file submissions.
• Learn social media posting.
• Shadow client meetings / calls.

Month 3: Independent Handling

• Handle full inquiries and close small cases (under supervision).
• Prepare complete visa files.
• Manage client communication.
• Take ownership of a few leads from start to end.
• Support in flight & hotel bookings.

Daily/Weekly Tasks for Intern:

• 4–5 hours on calls & client follow-up
• 2–3 hours on file work & documentation
• 1 hour learning (portals, requirements, product knowledge)
• Help with basic social media content

Program Features:

• Duration: 3 months
• Monthly Stipend: Rs. 15,000/-
• Full-time conversion possibility after 3 months (25k–30k +incentives)
• Performance review at the end of Month 2 & 3
• Notice period (15 days on both sides)

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or final year students (preferably Bachelor’s in Business, Tourism, or any field)
• Excellent communication skills (English + Urdu)
• Confident, polite, and hardworking
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet with good research skills)
• Willing to work full-time in office (6 days a week)
• Age: 20 – 28 years

What We Offer

• Monthly stipend of Rs. 12,000/- to 15,000/- during 3-month internship
