Customer Sales Representative

As a CSR, you will play a critical role in engaging directly with clients, showcasing the value of our offerings, and closing deals to drive revenue. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

-Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.

-Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

-Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

-Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage accounts.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a UK/US-based customer service role or BPO sector (preferred).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (British accent is not required).

-Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.

-Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

-A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer needs.

Work Details:

Job Type: Full-time, office-based.

Salary: PKR 50,000 to 75,000/- (based on experience)

Timings: 01:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Location: Civic Center, Phase 4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
