Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls, promoting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead data.
- Clearly communicate product and service offerings in Urdu to generate customer interest.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively convert leads into sales.
- Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the system.
- Follow company-provided scripts and adhere to organizational guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (or equivalent).
- Prior experience in telesales or a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Urdu.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Pay: Rs32,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
