Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of outbound customer calls regarding our products or services.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely within the CRM system.
- Upsell or recommend additional products or services when appropriate (depending on the company)
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour throughout all interactions, fostering trust and building customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information and build rapport with customers.
- Active listening skills to effectively understand customer inquiries and concerns.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including basic data entry, and a willingness to learn new software.
