Call Center CSRs

Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of outbound customer calls regarding our products or services.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely within the CRM system.
  • Upsell or recommend additional products or services when appropriate (depending on the company)
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour throughout all interactions, fostering trust and building customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information and build rapport with customers.
  • Active listening skills to effectively understand customer inquiries and concerns.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including basic data entry, and a willingness to learn new software.
