Shift: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

About the Position

Meta Voice is hiring confident, detail-oriented, and target-driven individuals to join our Final Expense Campaign as Call Center Verifiers. In this role, you will verify customer information, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance across all interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and confirm customer details
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and respond effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system
• Recommend or upsell relevant services when appropriate
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience on every call

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Final Expense experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer knowledge with accurate data entry skills
• Must be 18 years or older
