HRIT Hunters is hiring a Virtual Receptionist for a UK-based client. This role is ideal for candidates with strong UK communication skills, accent, and cultural familiarity, who can confidently manage client interactions over the phone and provide high-quality administrative support.
This is a part-time hybrid role, requiring both remote work and occasional office presence in Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from UK-based clients professionally
- Handle appointment bookings, messages, and general enquiries
- Provide receptionist and administrative support remotely
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal tools
- Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)
- Must have lived, studied, or worked in the UK (or another native English-speaking country)
- Native or near-native English accent (UK/USA) is REQUIRED
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience (Receptionist / Customer Service / Admin roles)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- Virtual Receptionist / Front Desk roles
- Customer Service / Call Handling
- Personal Assistant or Secretarial experience
- Appointment setting or telemarketing background
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
