Virtual Receptionist

HRIT Hunters is hiring a Virtual Receptionist for a UK-based client. This role is ideal for candidates with strong UK communication skills, accent, and cultural familiarity, who can confidently manage client interactions over the phone and provide high-quality administrative support.

This is a part-time hybrid role, requiring both remote work and occasional office presence in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from UK-based clients professionally
  • Handle appointment bookings, messages, and general enquiries
  • Provide receptionist and administrative support remotely
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal tools
  • Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)

  • Must have lived, studied, or worked in the UK (or another native English-speaking country)
  • Native or near-native English accent (UK/USA) is REQUIRED
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience (Receptionist / Customer Service / Admin roles)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professional and confident phone manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

  • Virtual Receptionist / Front Desk roles
  • Customer Service / Call Handling
  • Personal Assistant or Secretarial experience
  • Appointment setting or telemarketing background

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong general IT and computer skills
