Ecommerce Operations & Customer Support Intern (ERP + Backend Role)

Role Overview

You will manage the complete order lifecycle, including ERP entries, order processing, and customer communication.

This role ensures operational accuracy and smooth execution of ecommerce orders.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing & ERP Management (Primary)

• Process daily Shopify orders
• Create and post Sales Orders in ERP
• Generate Transfer Orders for warehouse/store coordination
• Ensure accuracy in product, pricing, and customer data
• Maintain synchronization between Shopify and ERP systems
• Coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment

Customer Support

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls
• Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and products
• Resolve customer concerns professionally

Returns & Issue Handling

• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in ERP
• Coordinate reverse logistics with courier partners
• Handle delivery issues and complaints

Reporting

• Track daily orders, cancellations, and returns
• Identify recurring issues (RTOs, fake orders, delays)
• Report operational gaps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, or a relevant field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Urdu + basic English)
• Ability to manage pressure and multitask

Growth Opportunity (Performance-Based Conversion)

This internship can lead to a full-time permanent role after 6 months, based strictly on performance.

Conversion is not automatic. It depends on:

• Willingness to learn and improve continuously

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
