Position Overview
We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to oversee and manage daily financial operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Finance Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Coastal Capital Limited LLC’s reputation for excellence in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial activities including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and suppliers to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Maintain records of accounts, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Support payroll, procurement, and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare financial reports and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Assist in organizing audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar’s financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial coordination or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
