Sales Operations Officer / Senior Sales Operations Officer - QatarEnergy

QatarEnergy is the state-owned oil and gas company of Qatar, responsible for exploration, production, refining, and global energy operations.

A Sales Operations Officer in QatarEnergy plays a key role in ensuring smooth commercial and logistics operations in energy trading (LNG, LPG, polymers, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial, logistical, and administrative operations for product sales and trading

Coordinate product delivery schedules, cargo loading, and customer allocations

Ensure all obligations under sales contracts and shipping agreements are fulfilled

Liaise with traders, customers, terminal operators, and internal teams

Optimize operations to maximize profitability and reduce losses

Monitor market conditions, freight contracts, and supply chain activities

Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication

Handle risk management, compliance, and operational decision-making under pressure

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering

5–10+ years experience in:

Sales operations

Commercial/trading environment (preferably oil & gas)

Strong knowledge of:

Supply chain & logistics

Energy markets (LNG/LPG/petrochemicals)

Contract management & shipping

Skills:

Analytical & problem-solving

Negotiation & communication

SAP / Excel proficiency

Pay: From QAR35,000.00 per month
