About the role
We are hiring a commercially focused partnerships leader to scale growing deals in Qatar.
Key responsibilities

Build and expand merchant partnerships across F&B, retail, and lifestyle

Drive revenue and subscription growth

Own and manage the full sales pipeline

Identify and onboard new partners

Negotiate and close commercial deals

Work with marketing and product teams to optimize offers and performance
Requirement
-
5–10 years experience in
business development, partnerships, or sales

Background in loyalty, rewards, deals platforms, or digital marketplaces
-
Strong track record in
merchant acquisition and partnerships
-
Experience managing pipeline and closing deals
-
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Preferred background
-
Telco partnerships (Vodafone, Ooredoo)
-
E-commerce / deals / affiliate platforms
