Head of Sales Operations

About the role

We are hiring a commercially focused partnerships leader to scale growing deals in Qatar.


Key responsibilities


  • Build and expand merchant partnerships across F&B, retail, and lifestyle
  • Drive revenue and subscription growth
  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline
  • Identify and onboard new partners
  • Negotiate and close commercial deals
  • Work with marketing and product teams to optimize offers and performance


Requirement


  • 5–10 years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Background in loyalty, rewards, deals platforms, or digital marketplaces
  • Strong track record in merchant acquisition and partnerships
  • Experience managing pipeline and closing deals
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills


Preferred background


  • Telco partnerships (Vodafone, Ooredoo)
  • E-commerce / deals / affiliate platforms
