Transportation and Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation schedules for staff, deliveries, and company requirements
  • Liaise with drivers and ensure timely and efficient routing
  • Maintain vehicle records, permits, and documentation
  • Monitor fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and service records
  • Provide general administrative support (filing, documentation, reporting)
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and preparation of reports
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and operational requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination and/or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of local routes and logistics in Qatar is an advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR2,900.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
