Business Coordinator &ndash; Uniafrican Business LLC (Doha, Qatar)Position Summary Uniafrican Business LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily operations, business development activities, and internal coordination within our Doha office. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between management, clients, and operational teams to ensure smooth business processes and efficient execution of company objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals</li><li>Support management in planning, scheduling, and executing business activities and meetings</li><li>Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups</li><li>Prepare business reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior management</li><li>Assist in business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and supporting proposal preparation</li><li>Maintain accurate records of business transactions, documentation, and client communications</li><li>Support procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks when needed</li><li>Track project progress and provide regular updates to management</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or similar roles</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic business tools</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Prior experience in GCC region is an advantage</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Professional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Time management and prioritization</li><li>Business acumen and analytical thinking</li><li>Reliability and confidentiality</li><li>Adaptability in dynamic business environments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
