Job Overview:
Kenari Graham Edika LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support daily business operations and ensure efficient coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, managing administrative functions, and assisting leadership in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support day-to-day business operations across departments
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring business projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Maintain records, schedules, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes and action items
- Support HR and administrative functions when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in project coordination or operations management
- Familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of local business practices in Qatar
