Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing elevator installation and modernization projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site.
- Monitor project budgets and resources to achieve cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in elevator.
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
