NURSE (FEMALE)

Description: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible to lead the continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in financial processes by providing accurate &amp; timely financial reports, analyzing annual budget while ensuring compliance with rules and regulations and the preparation of external and internal financial reports in DAAM and regulatory filings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role collaborates directly with executive management to ensure that accounting processes are conducted efficiently and accurately, and to investigate the CEO's questions regarding financial results.Responsibilities: 1. Prepare the guidelines &amp; instructions for the period-end closing cycle. 2. Process the period-end closing cycle in an effective and timely manner including the following activities: - Expenses, Accounts Payable &amp; Other Creditors closing. - Revenues, Accounts Receivable &amp; Other debtors closing. 3. Ensure that periodic financial statements are timely prepared to share with management. 4. Perform financial statements analysis in a timely manner and build understanding of financial figures. 5. prepare annual budget with analysis &amp; explanations based on discussion with other related departments. 6. Prepare financial slidesfor the boardmeeting and present the annual budget to the board. 7. Ensure the proper treatment for all transactions related to: - Fixed Assets. - Investment properties. - Financial Instrument. 8. Support and coordinate with external auditor by providing the Audit requirements and ensure proper reconciliation and schedules are accurate as per accounting system. 9. Ensure that all the transactions are recorded and verified in a timely manner that will help with decision making and financial stability. 10. Other duties as assigned.Job Competencies: 1. Senior Financial Analyst -Planning & Reporting

Description: The Senior Accountant (Budget) will be responsible for leading the budgeting process, monitoring financial performance, and delivering insights to support DAAMs strategic objectives. This role includes preparing and managing budgets, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reports to the executive management.Responsibilities: 1. prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts. 2. Develop, and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. 3. Work closely with project managers &amp; department heads to align budgets with operational needs. 4. Prepare detailed financial reports, including cost summaries and variance analysis. 5. Track &amp; manage fixed and variable costs to maintain budgetary discipline. 6. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards. 7. conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures. 8. provide require financial reports to executive management. 9. Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis. 10. Prepare cost projections. 11. Analyze and report on current financial status. 12. Senior Accountant _ Budget (Female)

Key Responsibilities:&middot; Establish and ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) in the group and divisions. &middot; Ensure that company&rsquo;s certifications and accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASME, NBIB, CE etc.). &middot; Establish company quality objectives and continually improve it; demonstrates the achievement of quality objectives and targets. &middot; Overall responsible for the department; Assist &amp; coordinate with the QHSE team and personnel assigned to each division in establishing an overall company quality management plan and standards requirements. &middot; Advice on setting up the improvement guidelines for company quality management system for employees. Ensure improvements are implemented effectively and results are feedback to employees. &middot; Develop the existing integrated management system as necessary with additional procedures / instructions for station-specific aspects. &middot; Establish quality audit program &amp; schedule and perform the quality audit within the project organization. &middot; Report on the internal and external audit results to top management. &middot; Responsible for QA and QC staff. &middot; Coordinate, communicate and resolve with clients on project quality issues. &middot; Coordinate with HR &amp; Admin and develop the Training plan. Ensure implementation of the plan and records are maintained. &middot; Ensure that Quality Management is applied in line with project design Criteria to the engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and pre-commissioning, commissioning phases of project. &middot; Ensure that the project meets international standards. &middot; Develops KPIs and ensures consistency in reporting across QHSE management system. &middot; Identification and preparation of contract specific work Instructions / procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs) as necessary. &middot; Regular review and updating of the project&rsquo;s quality system and related Project Quality Plan (PQP). &middot; Ensure subcontractor / supplier quality requirements are met through ITPs, subcontractor / supplier assessments and quality audits. &middot; Monitor the effective operation of and corrective action systems through Nonconformance Reports (NCRs). &middot; Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the contract QA/QC requirements and other relevant procedures applicable to the project, through surveillance. &middot; Organizing weekly Quality meetings. &middot; Special tasks as required by the Top management. &middot; Reports to Director &ndash; Operations / Executive Director.Qualification:- B.E / B.
