Collections Officer (Cheque Collection)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Collections Officer to manage cheque collections and follow up on customer payments.

The candidate will be responsible for collecting cheques from clients, following up on outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect cheques from customers and clients
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions
  • Coordinate with the finance department for timely processing
  • Ensure all collections are completed within deadlines
  • Handle client communication professionally

Requirements

  • Previous experience in collections or similar role preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to manage records accurately
  • Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)

Salary - 4000
