Agricultural Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Agricultural Coordinator to oversee farm operations, manage resources, and support production activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, agricultural knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between farm workers, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily agricultural operations, including planting, harvesting, and crop management.
• Manage farm staff schedules, assignments, and performance.
• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and irrigation systems.
• Liaise with suppliers for seeds, fertilizers, and equipment procurement.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s agricultural regulations and sustainability standards.
• Prepare operational reports on production, yield, and resource usage.
• Support implementation of modern farming technologies and practices.
• Assist in organizing agricultural events, training, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in farm management or agricultural coordination.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, soil management, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management software.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, outdoor, and team-oriented environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
