Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field activities, including planting schedules, irrigation cycles, and fertilization protocols.
• Supervise on-site field workers and technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor crop health and soil conditions, identifying pests or nutrient deficiencies early to implement solutions.
• Manage the inventory of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and tools.
• Ensure all irrigation and climate control systems are functioning optimally, coordinating repairs when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of yields, input usage, and field observations for weekly reporting.
• Oversee harvest quality control and coordinate with the logistics team for timely distribution.

Skills and Requirements

• Agronomic Knowledge: Solid understanding of crop cycles, soil science, and irrigation techniques (specifically for arid climates).
• Operational Leadership: Experience managing field teams and coordinating multi-phase agricultural projects.
• Resource Management: Proficiency in tracking inventory, managing water usage, and optimizing labor hours.
• Adaptability: Comfort working in outdoor field conditions and adjusting plans based on weather or crop performance.
• Communication: Professional English is required; basic Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is highly beneficial for team coordination.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in agricultural coordination, farm supervision, or a related field.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related science.
