XLift Service LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Lift Service Coordinator to oversee and manage daily lift (elevator and escalator) service operations in Doha. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure efficient maintenance, timely repairs, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and corrective repair works for elevators and escalators.
• Assign service technicians based on job priority, location, and skill set.
• Monitor ongoing service jobs to ensure timely completion in accordance with company SLAs.
• Act as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and management.
• Respond to service requests, emergency breakdowns, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and maintenance logs in the system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
• Coordinate with spare parts and procurement teams to ensure availability of required materials.
• Support compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management review.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in lift/elevator service coordination or facility management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems.
• Knowledge of elevator systems is preferred but not mandatory.
