About the Role:We&rsquo;re a busy commercial contracting company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle our books, keep the office running smoothly, and help with some personal administrative tasks for the owner. This is a key role in a small, friendly team where you&rsquo;ll make an immediate impact.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks (AP/AR, invoicing clients, job costing &amp; tracking for every project, bank/credit card reconciliations).</li></ul><ul><li>Payroll processing and basic tax filings</li></ul><ul><li>Monthly financial reports and statements</li></ul><ul><li>Office management (supplies, filing, vendor coordination, scheduling)</li></ul><ul><li>Light personal support for the owner (paying personal bills, appointment scheduling, organizing personal finances &ndash; confidentiality is a must)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>5 + years bookkeeping experience (construction/contracting background is a big plus but not required)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong QuickBooks skills (Desktop or Online)</li></ul><ul><li>Super organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple things</li></ul><ul><li>Professional, trustworthy, and great at communicating</li></ul><ul><li>Local to Westchester County (Armonk/Pleasantville/White Plains area preferred)</li></ul>Benefits:Casual environment, flexible schedule, paid time off, and the chance to grow with the company.How to Apply (Immediate Interviews):We&rsquo;re looking to hire ASAP &mdash; qualified people will be interviewed this week!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Armonk, NY 10504
