The role focuses on ensuring maximum plant availability, equipment reliability, and safe maintenance practices.Key Responsibilities1. Preventive &amp; Predictive Maintenance<ul><li>Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for inverters, transformers, modules, switchgear, and electrical panels.</li><li>Monitor equipment performance using SCADA and diagnostic tools.</li><li>Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.</li></ul>2. Breakdown &amp; Corrective Maintenance<ul><li>Lead troubleshooting during equipment failures and ensure quick restoration of operations.</li><li>Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for warranty claims and repairs.</li></ul>3. Team Management<ul><li>Supervise maintenance technicians and field staff.</li><li>Assign daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.</li><li>Provide training on equipment handling and safety procedures.</li></ul>4. Plant Performance &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Track daily energy generation, PR (Performance Ratio), and CUF.</li><li>Analyze performance deviations and implement improvement measures.</li></ul>5. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure 100% compliance with electrical and site safety standards.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, safety drills, and toolbox talks.</li></ul>6. Inventory &amp; Spare Parts Management<ul><li>Maintain adequate stock of critical spare parts and tools.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement team for material availability.</li></ul>7. Vendor &amp; Contractor Management<ul><li>Monitor the performance of AMC contractors and service providers.</li><li>Verify service reports and ensure high-quality repairs.</li></ul>8. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, SOPs, and breakdown reports.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly O&amp;M performance reports.</li></ul>9. Project Support<ul><li>Support installation, upgradation, and commissioning activities of new equipment or plant expansions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in Solar O&amp;M/Maintenance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inverters, transformers, SCADA, and solar modules.</li><li>Good leadership and team-handling skills.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools.</li><li>Experience in vendor and contractor management.</li><li>Familiarity with safety standards (LOTO, electrical safety, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
