Maintenance Strategy &amp;amp; Planning:<ul><li>&#61623; Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive preventive, predictive, and</li><li>breakdown maintenance programs for all plant machinery, equipment, and utility</li><li>systems.</li><li>&#61623; Forecast and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of</li><li>resources without compromising safety or quality.</li></ul>2. Team Leadership &amp;amp; Management:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of</li><li>maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians and fitters</li></ul>3. Mechanical Maintenance:<ul><li>&#61623; Oversee the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors,</li><li>agitators, centrifuges, gearboxes etc), static equipment (reactors, heat exchangers,</li><li>pressure vessels, tanks), piping, and material handling systems.</li><li>&#61623; Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring for</li><li>critical mechanical assets.</li><li>&#61623; Manage welding, fabrication, and structural repair activities.</li></ul>4. Spares Management &amp;amp; Procurement:<ul><li>&#61623; Optimize spare parts inventory management to ensure availability of critical spares</li><li>while minimizing holding costs.</li><li>&#61623; Coordinate with the procurement department for timely sourcing of quality spares,</li><li>tools, and services.</li><li>&#61623; Evaluate vendors and contractors for maintenance-related services.</li></ul>5.
