cGMP &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Overall responsible for ensuring cGMP compliance across all warehouse operations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical/API warehousing.</li><li>Conduct regular warehouse and plant rounds to ensure GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.</li><li>Maintain and update all statutory registers and records as per applicable laws.</li><li>Liaison with statutory and regulatory authorities during audits, inspections, and compliance activities.</li><li>Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.</li></ul>Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Oversee receipt, verification, labeling, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, solvents, intermediates, and finished goods.</li><li>Verify and authorize all incoming and outgoing materials as per approved procedures.</li><li>Ensure stock reconciliation and accurate inventory control of finished goods, raw materials, and packing materials.</li><li>Monitor and control material movements to avoid mix-ups, contamination, or shortages.</li><li>Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of finished goods in coordination with logistics.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records (physical and system-based).</li><li>Ensure proper material traceability, batch-wise segregation, and status labeling.</li><li>Review and approve warehouse-related documentation including GRNs, issue notes, stock registers, and dispatch documents.</li></ul>Manpower &amp; Training<ul><li>Plan manpower requirements and ensure optimal utilization of warehouse personnel.</li><li>Assign work schedules and define roles and responsibilities for warehouse staff.</li><li>Impart warehouse SOP and GMP training to staff and ensure training is conducted as per approved schedules.</li><li>Monitor performance, discipline, and adherence to safety practices.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Housekeeping<ul><li>Monitor and enforce safety precautions during handling and storage of materials, solvents, and hazardous substances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and safe material handling practices.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Logistics, and Marketing departments to ensure smooth material flow and production support.</li><li>Follow up with logistics teams to ensure on-time and compliant dispatch of finished goods.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and inventory control</li><li>Leadership and team management skills</li><li>Good understanding of ERP/WMS systems</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills</li><li>Sound knowledge of safety and statutory requirements</li><li>Preferred candidate from API industry</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
