Position: Purchase Executive / Senior Purchase OfficerExperience: Minimum 7&ndash;10 YearsIndustry: Real Estate &amp; ConstructionKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end purchase process for materials, equipment, and services.</li><li>Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders, maintain purchase records, and track material status.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and accounts for timely procurement.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials without affecting project timelines.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance, quality standards, and compliance.</li><li>Conduct market research to compare prices, quality, and availability.</li><li>Maintain strong follow-up with suppliers and ensure smooth communication.</li><li>Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.</li><li>Keep inventory levels optimized and avoid stock-out situations.</li><li>Ensure all purchases meet company policies and budget guidelines.</li><li>Prepare monthly purchase reports, cost analysis, and MIS for management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.Com / BA / BBA / Any relevant field).</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of purchase or procurement experience.</li><li>Experience in real estate / construction / hospitality preferred.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of material types, specifications, and market rates.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, purchase software, and ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Strong follow-up ability and problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Honest, responsible, and deadline-oriented.</li><li>Strong documentation and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;24,999.00 - &#8377;31,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
